Terms and conditions:

	Rates are quoted inclusive of 12.5% goods & services tax (GST).
	The minimum stay is two consecutive nights.
	During school holiday periods, the property is generally rented only in weekly blocks.
	Payment is required in full to secure the booking. (The preferred method is by direct electronic transfer of funds). In the event of cancellation, all monies will be refunded in full (less bank fees) so long as the cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the commencement of the time booked. Where cancellation occurs within the 90 day period, the level of monies refunded will reflect the extent that replacement bookings compensate for lost revenue.
